We’re Looking for a Product Designer: Join Our Growing Startup!
Are you a Product Designer with 3–5 years of experience crafting thoughtful, intuitive user interfaces? Are you a creative designer who loves crafting beautiful, user-friendly products? We’re a fast-growing startup, and we need someone like you to help us create designs that not only stand out but also work seamlessly for our users.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- UI Design Excellence: Design clean, modern, and scalable interfaces that elevate the user experience while aligning with brand and business goals.
- UX Strategy: Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that simplify complex problems and delight users.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a growing design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate user and business needs into polished design solutions.
- User-Centered Validation: Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve designs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/product design, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- A strong portfolio that highlights modern UI design, clear UX thinking, and user-centered design decisions.
- Proficiency in Figma and a solid grasp of other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to better collaborate with developers.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Startup Experience
- Familiar with using Jira
